I am a postdoctoral researcher at ETH Zurich and USI Lugano, Switzerland with Prof. Michele Parrinello. My current research is focused on the development and applications of advanced simulations methods to study complex physical and biological processes. As a graduate student under the supervision of Prof. Sundaram Balasubramanian at JNCASR, Bangalore, I studied enzymes of pharmaceutically important and industrially relevant. There, my studies were focused on understanding gas diffusion inside enzymes, identifying product release (post-catalytic) pathways, investigating conformational dynamics, and allostery. Besides, I gained experience in studying enzyme dynamics in a non-aqueous medium such as bio-compatible room-temperature ionic-liquid.
